Shopping date with my mum ^_^

My mom and I spend this gorgeous but hot Sunday browsing the stores at the Houston Galleria. I wasn’t planning on spending any money but of course when it’s very hard not to walk out without anything…..

First my outfit of the day:

Blazer: LC Lauren Conrad

Top: Zara

Shorts: American Eagle

Shoes: Jeffrey Campbell

Purse: Louis Vuitton

Now for the purchases:

Saks was having a sale going on and these lovely coral Fendi shoes were included in the sale. I instantly fell in love with them and just had to have them. My mom fell in love with them too. This is my first Fendi item so I’m soooo excited, can’t wait to incorporate them into my outfits!

(You can order the same style but in different colors here

Fendi Snake-Print Slingback Platform Sandal

Next we went to one of my favorite stores at the moment….. Zara.

I saw this blazer a few weeks ago and debated about getting it, I decided to put it back on the rack and took some other items instead. Since that day I have thought about the jacket and wished I would have gotten it. As I walked into the store I instantly starting looking all over to see if there were still some left, lucky me there was!! Yay for my neon obsession, this is a more subtle neon. (sorry for the darkness of the photo)

I also got this button down blouse, yes I have a problem with button down blouses….. I’m beyond obsessed with them. This one caught my heart because of the small studs on the collar and…….. skull buttons!!!!

Next we headed over to Nordstrom, I was on a mission to find a pair of shoes I saw online. If you were to ever stumble upon my closet and saw my shoes you would see almost every category of shoes except one: flats. Yep I do not own any flats of any kinds. (I’m talking about the ballerina style flats, I have athletic shoes and flat sandals) I have never been attracted to them, don’t get me wrong I think there are some very cute styles out there but I’ve always felt that they just don’t go with me, I’m just not the flats kind of girl. I finally decided that I needed a pair since I needed dressy flats when sandals and Converses weren’t going to cut it, but I was not going to get a pair until I found the perfect ones. I saw a pair from Miu Miu a couple of months ago (or maybe last year) that were studded and beaded on the toe part, but at close to $600 a pair I wasn’t sure I wanted to spend so much on a pair of shoes I truly didn’t want, but they were amazing. So I found these that I fell in love with, Meghan (who is a SA at Nordstrom and a fellow class mate) helped me find these shoes. I will now introduce you to my very first pair of flats:

(You can find them here, mine are in gold but online they offer black; and rose. Hurry before they sell out!)
