CONFESSIONS IN TED

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful week and are ready for the weekend. Today’s outfit is inspired by this skirt from Ted Baker. I love the print and the rose gold detail on the zipper. Ted Baker has become one of my favorite brands, the prints and colors used in their clothing is amazing. They use a lot of abstract prints and neon color, totally me. As per usual I only do prints on one portion of my body. (Yes I know, I need to get out of my comfort zone and try out prints on prints but it’s scary to me. I need to perfect it before I can be seen out in public hehe) Wearing a solid black jacket and top let the skirt be the focal point of the outfit. My shoes add a pop of color on my feet and of course my baggy is in a league of it’s own. (I rarely ever match my bag to my outfit.)

I love how this outfit makes me feel so lady like without having to try so hard. I’m all about getting dressed to look presentable in a timely matter, mostly because I like to press the snooze button on my alarm a bit too much.  It’s just two pieces of clothing to put on and throw a jacket over the shoulders, viola you’re done, strap yourself into some sandals and the look is complete. One part of my look that I need to work on is my hair. (This is where my confession starts, lol) I have never been much a hair girl, it’s already super straight so I do not need to straighten it, it does not hold a curl no matter how many cans of hairspray I use, and honestly I have no idea what else to do it than just comb it. You Tube hair tutorials will hopefully save me, if you know of any good and simple how to videos let me know! I need all the help I can get.The Neon Factor
