Hi everyone! Today’s post is named Tweedville because of this lovely tweed blazer and the city skyline in the background. Growing up in a small town I can definitely appreciate the city and what it offers. I’m always torn between city life and country life. I grew up in a super small town and my house was literally in the middle of the woods. I had a long driveway from the road to my house that I walked everyday going to meet the bus to school in the morning and afternoon. I had no neighbors since I lived in the middle of nowhere covered in trees and wildlife. Sometimes in the winter I would see deer in the front yard. Moving to city almost seven years ago was a big culture shock. First and foremost, Houston is very very flat. There’s no hills or mountains and that was one of my favorite things living in Georgia, the mountains, goodness they were beautiful. Getting use to the hustle of the city was also something I needed to get use to but I really liked it. I liked being busy and having things to do. I also love the urban feel that the city gives. One thing I don’t love, people are so rude, it’s pretty sad.

Both places have their pros and cons and if given a choice I wouldn’t know which one I would choose. I love the country and it’s calmness and the beautiful scenery but I also love the city and all it brings along with it. There’s a lot more fun activities to do like concerts, events, school opportunities, and work opportunities. I’m always excited to shoot around the city.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
