I am a BIG fan of high waisted leggings. What’s not to love about them. They are super comfy. High waisted leggings help hide the tummy a bit, my personal favorite. And you can dress them up or down, talk about getting the most out of one piece of clothing.
Let me confess something. I do not exercise. OMG I know, I’m awful. I wish I could be one of those girls who can include a workout into their day as naturally as including meal time. By the way meal time is my absolute favorite time of day. Unfortunately exercising just doesn’t come naturally to me but it should be done. Not only for health reasons but also more self confidence and so my clothing can fit better. Also the energy that comes for exercising could be the most beneficial to me right now since I feel like I am always running on empty. This is a personal flaw I have and I know it comes from not having a proper routine. Which is my new mission in life. This will help in life in general since having a routine can help with my personal and professional life.
Now I am not one that dresses casual. I wish I knew why I can’t feel comfortable walking out in a pair of high waisted leggings and cute casual top but I just can’t. It may be because I feel like a poser since I do zero physical activity. But since I am on a mission to change that let’s get some inspiration fashion high waisted legging style. Because that is one thing I know very well, so let’s workout style but make it fashion.
