You may remember this puff sleeve top from a previous post. Yep, the top is from the Danielle Bernstein collection for Macy’s. The puff sleeves are super puffy on this top so it’s very over the top. Because of the extreme nature of the sleeves I recommend wearing this top with a more form fitting bottom. By keeping the body of the outfit sleek and slim it allows the sleeves to shine on their own.
I styled the top with a floral skirt by Lovers + Friends with a crystal belt detail. I saw Dundas have a lot of dresses that have a slim, fitted bodice with a crystal waist detail and strong shoulders. So this look was inspired by that and I tried to make it my own way.
For the accessories I went with black booties. I have has these Christian Louboutin studded booties for years, my mom actually bought them for me on a crazy sale. Sadly the run small so I have not had the chance to wear them too often but I have finally stretched them out enough to wear them out and about comfortably. And I added the micro Lady Dior purse as a fun last piece to a fun look. I also imagined myself as if I was going out for a night out.
Stay safe and stay home! 🤗
