It is here everyone! We are DAYS away from a brand new year… 2023. Can you believe that?! 2022 was a beautiful year for me, first and foremost my first and only niece was born this year. She is my everything and will always be my gift of 2022. But I am a FIRM believer that the past is the past. We cannot live in our past nor think back on it. So let’s get ready for a fresh new start!
DRESS TO IMPRESS
Dress to impress my lovely ladies! Dress in a way that will make you proud and happy to bring in the new year. Traditionally new year attire is sparkles, glitz, and glamour. But here in The Neon Factor, we DO NOT discriminate, if you feel at your most POWERFUL in your favorite jeans and tee, wear it! Wear what is going to bring you the feeling of absolute comfort, confidence, power, sexiness, and happiness. Now we all deserve a cinderella moment so if possible push your style to the absolute MOST.
wear yellow or red undies
Oh yes, my fabulous gal pals… wearing yellow or red undies could bring you good luck in 2023. When I was growing up my family and I would travel down to Mexico to celebrate Christmas and New Year with my family. I loved it and looked forward to our holiday tradition all year. One tradition that formed between my girl cousins and me is that we would gift each other either a pair of red undies or yellow undies. We’d do a gift exchange for new years eve and be ready for when the clock strikes 12. Why yellow or red? Well what do you want for 2023? Do you want love? Wear red. Do you want wealth, wear yellow.
Eat 12 Grapes
Yes yes yes! Eat 12 grapes, each grape represents a wish per month. Take it east, there is no time limit, and you do not have to eat all the grapes within that first minute of the new year. Believe me, I have seen my fair share of chipmunk cheeks, eat them slow and with INTENTION. It’s the energy and thought behind it that may bring you those wishes you ask for.
